This season is the season of food! ---chocolates, greasy, fatty and un healthy foods! ..Although I won't complain it only comes once a year and we all better enjoyed it! My last workout was Thursday 23rd and since then I've been bad! of course Christmas Eve dinner is on and yes I ate a bit much than I should have (hey my mum does good food! lol) chocolates everywhere and drinking! and it's only today I've been back to working out and had to sweat out all I had the past few days.
Been ill yesterday till this morning and I thought I couldn't do any workout today so just incase I waist trained this morning for 4 hours.
