It's been nearly a year since I've last posted a blog entry and its almost going to be a year since I have started this journey. have been trying to loose weight since I can remember, but this is the only time that I was determined to do it. Weight has always been my problem and my insecurities. I've never been bullied or teased about it but just being a bigger woman or one of the bigger girls in the group has lowered my confidence and self esteem. I always wore baggy clothes when I was in school to hide my body and also to fit in.
As I grew up I accepted who I am and how I am, I have slowly loved myself and started to fix myself up. Wearing girly clothes, make up and heels those sort of stuff (but still a tomboy) haha. Fast forward to now, I have worked my a** to get to where I am now (body wise) I have dropped 2-3 dress sizes down since I started my fitness journey in January 2015. I used to be a size UK 16-18 sometimes 20 and now I am down to UK 14 and I can fit into a proper UK 12.
My body type is not Petite. I am more on the curvy side of body if you know what I mean. I have always have the hips and the bum, its just not in the right way. It was all fat. Now that I have learned to do exercises and diet all together my fats turned into muscles. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and work in between. I do home workout too.

This was earlier today after my home workout. Did my usual pulse, crunches, planks and squats. Still need to work on some parts but hey I've come a long way! and liking it so far!
