It's been two weeks and few days since we came back from out holiday and I've been grinding so much on my workout and trying to keep my weight on the same numbers. Keeping my diet and food intake in the right amount, I am trying to stay away from chocolates and sweets. It's hard but I'm kind of used to it. I always say if you want it you have to make way to get it, try your very best to achieve it!. That's my motto in life now and NEVER GIVE UP!
Whenever I go to the gym I always do my Cardio and my Muscle workouts. At home I do my toning, leg workouts and crunches. So whenever I'm at the gym I make sure I make use all the machines at much as I can.
Things I like to do in the gym are deadlifting, leg press, shoulder workouts and bicep workouts.

On my deadlift, my current weight lifts: First set 37.5x10 and second set 42x5 on a platform.
Leg press workout: 40x20 (thighs) 35x10 (calfs)

My legs definitely got stronger, tighter and built. I do a lot more of my squats and deep squats are my fave and deep bouncing squats. I can do 20reps in 3 sets, sometimes four.
