Am I ready for the beach? Am I ready to wear a bikini? The answer is yeas I am ready for the beach, but not quite on the bikini part yet :P
I have been maintaining my food intake and diet. I haven't been on my constant workout routine because of work but I do try to fit it in on my days off and sometimes after work (after a 13hrs shift) YES! that is dedication! lol. Whenever I feel down or not feeling the best of myself I workout to sweat all the stress and frustrations I have with myself and my body. Definitely working out gives me the good feeling and the satisfaction what I am wanting, which is always a good thing!
I want to share my workout routine. I'm not a professional trainer or whatsoever but this workouts has worked (for me anyways) and I'm sure with the motivation and dedication you put in it, it will work on you too!
- When you're only a beginner or just about to start working out I suggest to take it easy don't go to the "pro" stage. Let's say you wanted to make your 'butt' bigger or rounder, of course it wont grow in minutes it takes time.
- I suggest you do cardio first (e.g. Dancing, Running or other exercise that requires your body to sweat and keep your heart pumping) and that's good!
- build that endurance and strength!
- take breaks (I did 30-60 sec water breaks)
- to build upper body do planks and spiders lunge. Having your body in control is best!
- then when after I had control of my upper strength then the lower body comes next! (that will be on my next post :P)
- Eat the right food. I love my eggs and meat, so thats a good source of protein for muscle building.
