Been hiatus for over 3 weeks, been on a holiday to the Philippines so it means its a trip full of eating and lack of motivation! but that didn't stop me from working out. I worked out everyday as much as I can if I'm not busy. I workout every morning and drink my usual Whey-protein skake. Trust me its hard! especially when there's always good food around you. I eat what I want but with moderation and I make sure I workout so I won't feel guilty every time I grub. Just maintaining the right balance on the intake.

WEEK 1
WEEK 2 - I concentrated more on my bum and legs and a bit on my core.
WEEK 3 - final week is hardcore! I mean on eating and being lazy so I did extra bit of push on this week..this is from my last few days from my holiday.
I did gain a bit of weight during the duration of this holiday, well you can't blame me but I don't regret all the food I ate! I enjoyed everything and still kept my body in shape! in that part I'm proud to say I did a good job!
