My workout on the 01-01-2016. A much needed workout after all the pigging out sessions!
Normal routines still done and did a lot of core, legs and squat workouts. Me feeling bloated isn't helping at all (you know when it the time of the month) worst time to feel fit and tight on the core area, cons of being a woman.
nevertheless I did my very best and I worked extra hard and pushed extra hard. Pre workout I ate a bit of fibre (Bran Flakes) just to have something in my stomach before my workout. I usually workout in the morning but if not and if I'm working a 13 hrs shift I work out late nights for 30mins-1hr it depends how much strength I have left lol. Then I waist-train while I have my breakfast and prepare for my workout (that will be another 1hr to wait)
Post-workout I drink my Whey Protein. I drink two different types, they're more like the same and give the protein I need but it differs in content.
