Been focusing more on my booty this past few days, I am working extra hard on squats and leg exercises and the results are showing fast! I workout 3-4x a week and when I have the extra energy I do it 5 days. 3/5 I do my squats and I do deep squats and bouncing squats. It burns on my lower body but I like it when I can feel the pain it makes me want to do it more! :) (weird huh?) haha
