After two weeks of home workout I finally went back to the gym and I hit it hard today! I started by doing a lot of Cardio and I have to make myself pumped up and burning before I do my initial workouts. I went back to deadlifting again today, I did 3 sets of 20 in 18.5kg and 25.5kg each side. Did some lateral lunges and my squats, deep and bouncing squats 2 sets of 40. Mustn't forget the core and I did several crunches and leg lifts in bars/handles (not sure what's really called) and my workout wouldn't be complete with my leg workouts, I did 50reps on my thighs and 40reps on my calfs on the horizontal leg press and I felt the burn on my leg and gluteus!
