Today was my 'focus on your core day' I worked out extra hard on my core today. I made sure I tighten up my core while I do my crunches and planks. I did all my usual workout on my legs, shoulders and butt. I did 3x30 deep squats with 8kg on one set and it was tough! legs were shaking on the last count. But it was worth the pain!
